Construction plan for artificial turf
Phase 1: Construction Preparation Stage
1. Based on the actual situation on site, review the drawings and create a floor plan.
2. Coordinate with various units, handle construction related procedures, and carry out technical quality disclosure work.
3. Connect construction water and electricity, and make all necessary preparations before construction.
Phase 2: On site foundation site acceptance stage
1. Conduct on-site measurements, inspections, and verify with the acceptance data of the foundation site to meet the construction requirements before construction can begin. Otherwise, propose a repair plan.
2. On site cleaning: Clean up all debris on the site to ensure that the bottom cloth is laid flat and firmly adhered when laying artificial grass.
Phase 3: Construction stage of artificial grass paving
In order to ensure the flatness of the artificial grass paving, meet the requirements issued by the International Sports Federation, and ensure the suitability, quality, and appearance of the artificial grass in the future, the paving sequence of the artificial grass is as follows: 1. Lay out according to the drawing requirements. Find the vertical and horizontal axes of the venue, determine the center position of the venue, and set the boundary positions around the venue.
2. Lay a non-woven fabric cushion layer on the foundation site, and then arrange the grass rolls in order according to the drawing on the site. Overlap the joints by 10 centimeters and the seams by 5 centimeters. The non-woven fabric must be connected straight, without damage, exposure or wrinkling.
3. Spread out the artificial lawn and place it on the site for a day, allowing it to stretch to its natural position. Check the side length of the site and the front and back of the joint strip to ensure consistency in direction. Use specialized cutting tools to cut open the adjacent overlapping grass and clean up the debris, while starting to make boundary white lines.
4. Before laying the lawn, it is necessary to lay a special adhesive tape and apply a special adhesive. During the adhesive application process, it must be evenly applied, and the bonding should be carried out after a while. The gap at the bonding joint is allowed to be within the range of 1mm-2mm. If the gap is too large, obvious seam marks will appear.
Phase 4: Line drawing stage: After the green lawn is laid, cut open the grass position and start embedding the white boundary line. Align the grass on both sides, bond them to the tape, flatten the joint with a heavy object, and then integrate the joint area to bond the grass. After the completion of the entire joint project, the marking work of the playground shall be carried out strictly in accordance with the standards required by the design drawings.
When drawing lines, pay attention to the following points:
Firstly, the width of the cut grass, the width of the white grass.
Secondly, the gap between white grass should generally not exceed 3mm.
Thirdly, pay attention to the straightness of cutting the lawn.
Fourthly, when bonding the white line, be sure to evenly apply the glue to ensure that it fits snugly.
Stage 5: Sand injection and rubber particle injection construction stage
After the completion of the marking project, the sand injection project will begin. During the sand injection process, attention must be paid to the uniformity of the sand, and the injection method is longitudinal and transverse injection. When injecting sand, it is necessary to control the machine's forward speed and sand discharge speed to ensure even sand injection.
After the sand injection is completed, it is necessary to inject rubber particles. When injecting rubber particles, they must be evenly distributed and cannot be stacked into blocks, otherwise it will affect the elasticity and surface aesthetics of the site.
Phase 6: Engineering Summary Stage
1. Draw completion drawings, organize construction materials, make construction summaries, and compile acceptance materials.
2. Clean up the site and conduct acceptance inspection.
